Easy Returns & Exchanges

Not what you thought it might be? It's no problem at all to return the goods. We want you to be super happy with your order and love the products as much as we do. Our return policy is a really easy one. Just post it back to us. We shall accept returns as long as they are in the sample great quality that we sent them to you in.  You will be notified via email when your return is received and your refund has been processed. Our refund does not include the shipping costs. Also please note the postage cost of returns is not covered by Monkstone Knitwear.

Exchanges 

Your return must be received within 10 business days from the date you received your shipment.  Once we receive your package, we will exchange and ship your new items. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. Please note: Return Shipping Charges will not be covered by Monkstone Knitwear. We will cover the shipping cost of your exchange item(s) to you.

Shipping Information

At the check out you will be given a choice for shipping. We do our best to make sure all orders are fulfilled within 48 hours of the order being placed if we have them in stock, if not we will have them made for you, this takes around 5 weeks. If you have an express delivery we shall post on the same day, this applies if the order is placed before 10 am. Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.

Wool Care

Our wool goods are of the highest quality. We pay attention to the animals' needs and welfare and this shows in the standard of the wool. The sheep are sheared on a yearly basis, making the wool a good renewable fibre source, great for the environment. As wool is a natural product it acclimatises well to different temperatures, helping to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Enjoy wearing your garment in and letting it fall to your shape or draping over your sofa. You should not have to wash it much as it is such a fantastic natural fibre but when you do need to then hand wash it gently with in cool water, and let it dry flat.
