Handmade from British-made dry oilskin, the cloth is a deep olive khaki inspired by the practical colours of traditional farmwear. Made from GOTS-certified organic cotton, it has a dry, crisp handle and a matt finish, without the oily feel or transfer associated with traditional waxed cloth.

The simple cross-back shape is designed to be thrown on easily, with no ties around the waist and useful pockets in different sizes for the things you gather and carry as you work.

Fabric Notes | At 7.2oz (245gsm), the fabric is substantial and hard-wearing while remaining comfortable enough for everyday use. The dry-wax finish makes the cloth water resistant, offering practical protection when working outdoors.

Like the best pieces of traditional workwear, it isn't intended to remain pristine. The waxed cotton will crease, mark and soften with use, creating a patina that tells the story of where it has been and what it has been used for. No two will age in quite the same way.
