We offer two delivery options within the UK.

Up to 3 working days - DPD Next Day service - £7.50

Up to 5 working days - Royal Mail Tracked 48 service - £5.00

Free delivery over £150.

These are tracked courier services. You should receive communication from either courier on the morning of your delivery with a delivery time slot.

We currently deliver to the whole of mainland UK, excluding the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Island.

All of DPD’s deliveries are carbon neutral. View DPD's Carbon Neutral certification.

Collections are free of charge.

Collect from the farm Monday-Friday 10am-4pm. Please email if you'd like a Saturday collection. Your goods will be ready to collect when you receive a fulfilment email from our website.

Order by Wednesday 24th December to collect your goods in time for Christmas day.

To get your goods in time for Christmas, order by the end of the day:

• Tuesday 16th December for Royal Mail postage

• Thursday 18th December for DPD postage

We currently do not deliver to the EU.

There is a delivery option at checkout for delivery to the USA:

• Up to 9 working days - Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - £50.00

If you are ordering from another country not listed, or you would like to find out about Christmas last post dates for international destinations, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

Knitwear is ordered through Corgi and made-to-order, so please check their lead times when purchasing. Corgi is responsible for the making and sending of orders linked through our Knitwear page.

We accept returns as long as they are in the quality that we sent them in. 

Please email hello@monkstoneknitwear.co.uk to let us know the items you will be returning. Your return must be received within 10 business days from the date you received your shipment.  Please note, the postage cost of returns is not covered by Monkstone Knitwear. Our refund does not include original shipping costs. You will be notified via email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.  

For exchanges, let us know via email which product you’d like to exchange and we will confirm before you send it back to us. Once we receive your package, we will exchange and ship your new items. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. Please note, the postage cost of the return is not covered by Monkstone Knitwear. We will cover the shipping cost of your new exchanged item(s) to you.

Christmas orders placed between 10th November - 19th December have an extended returns period, until 23rd January 2026.
